Real tuneability for Fuel Injected Engines! For many years, riders with carbureted engines have had the luxury of easy fine-tuning. By changing carburetor jets they could "dial in" their engines to achieve maximum performance and to compensate for engine modifications. Fuel injection however, has presented a tuning obstacle for riders who wished to make performance modifications to their engines. With the stock fuel injection module, even a minor change like a different exhaust system can cause an engine to run erratically and could potentially cause engine damage. The S&S Variable Fuel Injection (VFI) module provides the ability to tune the fuel injection and ignition systems to maximize the performance of any fuel injected engine. While the S&S VFI system will give excellent results on stock engines, its tuning flexibility is essential when engine modifications have been made.
